Game Reserve's exclusive Game Lodge includes stylish
air-conditioned suites and extensive living areas
overlooks the seasonal Monwana River. From within
the suites, each with full en-suite facilities,
outdoor shower and private decks, sweeping vistas
can be enjoyed over the savannah and ever active
water hole.
Thornybush Game Lodge offers 18 stylish suites & 2
family/safari suites accommodating a maximum of
40 guests.
Luxury suites line the banks of
the seasonal Monwana River; all suites have spectacular
views of the active
water hole and the surrounding savannah. Spaciously
appointed, each glass fronted suite has mini bar
fridge, telephones,
in and outdoor
showers, air conditioners and generous decks. The
guest chalets include bathrooms with massive wooden
framed windows overlooking
the river.

A new inclusion at Game Lodge is the development
of the new safari suites, both of which are
significantly larger and feature private plunge pools.
The
safari suite option attracts a surcharge, which
includes
all beverages excluding imported spirits, malts
and export wines. A private butler is available
to attend to your every need and the option
of private dining is intended to provide the most
intimate experience.
Activities
Thornybush
Game Lodge offers you morning and evening safaris in
open 4x4 Land Rovers, bush walks, birdwatching, day
excursions, African Tribal Dancing, Bush Braais and
an outdoor Boma with river view.
Between exciting safaris take a moment to
browse in the intimate library or simply relax at the
pool with your favorite cocktail as you bask in Africa's
glorious sunshine.

Institute: Thornybush Game Lodge houses full
spa facilities perfect to
enjoy the attentions of the Guerlain trained therapists,
or simply pamper yourself with a deep body exfoliating
massage.
Wildlife
Adjacent to the Greater Kruger
National Park lies a vast African wilderness. This
is the Thornybush Game Reserve. The reserve, with
its rolling savannahs and riverine tributaries,
is home to Africa's big game, including "the
Big 5" and an abundance of bird and other
mammal species. Thornybush offers prime game-viewing
territory, including opportunities to get up close
to the big cats, Elephants, Wild Dogs, Hyena and
more than 250 bird species.

Leopard, Rhino, Cheetah, Buffalo, Giraffe, Zebra
