We offer 148 rooms, 60 Standard Rooms, 37 Superior Rooms, 19 Deluxe Rooms, 18 Junior Suites, 7 Prime Rooms, 6 Executive Suites and one Presidential Suite. All our newly-renovated rooms are presented in typically pan-African style with either twin or queen-sized beds.
Activities
Activities includes gorilla trekking, visit the Akagera, Nyungwe Forest National Parks and Lake Kivu. Exploring Kigali which is home to a number of good restaurants. The National Museum and the Kigali Memorial Centre are worth visiting.

The Milima Restaurant
One of the city’s most popular venues, the Milima Restaurant, overlooks the pool and has been styled to offer a classically elegant interior, and a light-filled atrium overlooking the verdant tropical gardens. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at Milima, each with its own subtly different ambience, and each as suited to a business briefing as to a more relaxed event.
Breakfast
Anglo-American or continental breakfasts are served from 6.30am to 10am and feature an extensive buffet selection of home-made pastries and breads, fresh juices and fruits, and a tempting array of continental delicacies.

Lunch at the Milima is served between 12.30pm and 3pm, and features with an extensive buffet selection, which varies everyday:

Dinner
The Milima Restaurant is open for dinner daily (6.30pm to 10pm) and offers both a table d’hôte menu and a wide range of à la carte options.
The Sokoni Restaurant
Relaxed and stylish, the colourful Sokoni Restaurant stands central to our extensive tropical gardens and overlooks the pool. A popular meeting place for guests and locals alike, it is renowned for its colourful cocktails, globe-trotting cuisine and vibrant live music. Open from 10am to 10pm, Sokoni offers an all-day café-styled service to suit all tastes. It also features a choice of weekly ‘specials’ that hit the high spots of the local social scene.
Wednesday… in Mongolia
On Wednesday evenings (from 6.30pm) we feature our renowned Mongolian Menu – a spicy fusion of the very best of Asian cuisine, served under the stars, and alongside the hottest live jazz in town.
Friday… the African way
Every Friday, we offer the ideal way to wind down from the week. Start of with cocktails in the bar during ‘Happy Hour’ (all drinks half price between 6pm and 7pm); then move on to our sumptuous African Buffet, which runs continuously between 6.30pm and 10pm. A showcase of local, regional and international cuisine, we pride ourselves on the unrivalled variety and style of our buffet, and on the quality of our resident band, who take the stage at 7pm.
‘Sokoni Sunday’
On Sundays, Sokoni is THE place to be for the traditional East African curry lunch, a lavish buffet event that’s popular with family and friends alike. The ultimate in lazy Sundays, the ‘Sokoni Sunday’ starts with lunch (served from 12.30 to 3pm) and features; reading the papers, relaxing by the pool, live jazz from 3pm onwards, and ‘Sokoni Sundowners’ from 7pm.
Child-friendly
Sokoni is exceptionally child-friendly and, especially at weekends, it features as one of the city’s favourite family venues. Our children’s menu is guaranteed to appeal to youngsters of all ages and is on offer all-day, every-day. What’s more, children under 12-years eat at half price.
The lounge
Central to the hotel is our extensive lounge, which offers an up-beat bar area, a more relaxed and intimate piano bar (with resident pianist from 7pm); and extensive air-conditioned lounge, which overlooks the pool. Opening off the lounge, is an open-air terrace with Mediterranean furniture and wide parasols.
Room service
We offer a 24-hour room service, which features an extensive menu offering everything from the classic club sandwich to a delicately-spiced curry. We are also delighted to serve a private lunch or dinner in your room or suite; or to provide cocktails and canapés on your private terrace.
