HOTEL DES MILLE COLLINES - KIGALI, RWANDA
The Hôtel des Mille Collines is a large hotel in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda. It became famous as the building in which more than a thousand people took refuge during the Rwandan Genocide of 1994. The story of the hotel and its manager at that time, Paul Rusesabagina, was used as the basis of the film Hotel Rwanda.

The Hotel offers 112 exclusive rooms and executive suites with balcony, all with direct telephone. All rooms have been completely refurbished and now hold flat screen TV, (direct VSAT) Wireless internet, Air condition and Mini Bar.
Our Gym & Spa as well as our Night Club are currently undergoing a facelift but a temporary Gym is in place for your perusal.
Activities includes gorilla trekking, visit the Akagera, Nyungwe Forest National Parks and Lake Kivu. Exploring Kigali which is home to a number of good restaurants. The National Museum and the Kigali Memorial Centre are worth visiting.
